Workout for Wednesday, April 1

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 burpees (yes, burpees--get over it--they're good for you!)
10 dumbbell swings
15 squats

I've put up a video of dumbbell swings with the other videos. Hard to find good videos, but this will give you the idea. Try to use at least a 10 lb. dumbbell. Form is important, so if your back starts to round, stop!

  4. 50 squats/50 sit ups . . . did 50 sit ups without stopping . . . I guess i will shoot for 75? I stopped at 30 squats.

  5. Well, maybe my challenge wasn't challenging enough? I would say that if you CAN do 50 sit ups in a row right NOW, do AT LEAST that number in a row every day and try to add at least 1-5 to that each day until you can't do them all in a row. You ladies are really going to build up some ab strength!

    By the way, Trish--awesome job on the push up challenge! I can't believe how many you had to do these last few days...kinda makes me wonder if any of the MEN around your house could do that many?

    And Alicat--so great to hear from you! You are always so uplifting! Hope to see you next week at the gym...
