Effective workouts that require minimal time and equipment

How's it going?
Don't be shy...let me know how it is going! Are you sore? Did you expect to be this sore? Do you see any progress? Are you any stronger? Does your family think you are CRAZY?
50 SQ/50 SU - both without stopping I think it's going GREAT! Yes I have been sore many times but I do feel stronger and love seeing improvements in my time/ability. I have only lost 16 pounds (got a lot more to go) but feel "leaner" and more in shape than I have for a while. My girls do think I'm crazy at times, but one of my favorite things about these workouts is that I can actually do them at home while I am with my children. They actually like to try to do some of the workouts with me ~ it's quite amusing for us all!
ONLY 16 pounds . . . that's awesome Molly! I on the other hand have lost maybe 2 lbs but like Molly, I too feel leaner and have noticed that my clothes fit looser. Thanks Laura for your encouragement and dedication to helping us improve our fitness levels. 50 SQ/55 SU - nonstop on sit ups but reached 35 on squats before resting. Also did 50 pu . . . If my arms are going to look better for summer, I had better keep up the push ups!
Thursday - 50/50 20 pu 100 double unders I have loved the workouts. Love doing them wherever and whenever. I very much like what I am seeing and feeling! Thank you so much!
