Workout for Tuesday, March 3

Run Away!

It should be a nice day, so I think some fresh air running (or very fast walking) is in order. I also am trying to have some shoulder/arm/chest mercy on those who are doing the push up challenge!

Run away from your house for 4 minutes
Stop and do 30 squats
Run back home
Do another 30 squats

Record your total time

Embarrassed to squat in the middle of your neighborhood? Get over it! Do it faster and less people will see you.

    Also did the 3 handstand push ups for the day

  2. Haven't had (and not going to get) the chance to "run away" from the house ~ can't leave the kiddos! So, I did my 60 squats at home and added 100 sit-ups. Then also did my 100 push-ups/2700 to go!

  4. Didn't look at the workout until late and had to run on my treadmill instead of outside. I'm sure my time would have been slower outside. Run Away Time : 10:28 . . . . I think I'm healed up enough from last week's injury to begin push up challenge 100 push ups - 2900 to go!
