Workout for Wednesday, March 25

Tabata Squats

Remember Tabata? That is 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for 8 intervals. Count your squats for each interval. Your score is the LOWEST number of squats in any of the 8 intervals.

Well, for today's class, we did the following workouts:

Bottom to Bottom Tabata Squats--I know you guys LOVED this one!
Sit ups with Medicine ball throws--25
Turkish Get up--5-3-3-1-1-1

  2. Score 10 on bottom to bottom tabata squats - didn't enjoy these too much!!
    Slowly catching up on push-ups, 1850 down ~ 1150 to go (in the next 6 days!)

  3. Score 7 or 8 on bottom to bottom tabata squats . . . can't remember!

    I've not posted push ups in a few days 550 pu with 1000 to go. That means I have to do 166.6 pu for the next 6 days!
