Workout for Monday, March 9

So...it has been one month since we started! As promised, we will now begin repeating the workouts for the month. Let's see how much we have improved in just that little bit of time.

30-20-10
Double unders
Sit ups

If you can't do double unders, do 3x single unders. That would be 90 jump ropes, 30 sit ups; 60 jump ropes, 20 sit ups; 30 jump ropes, 10 sit ups.

  6. Yes, I am posting AGAIN! But a big congratulations are in order for Jennifer--she did the workout at CrossFit OKC today with totally unassisted pull ups for her first time! If any of you have tried to do pull ups recently, you KNOW what an accomplishment this is! You are getting stronger every day, Jennifer!!!
