For time:

21 walking lunges
21 push ups
21 sit ups
18 walking lunges
18 push ups
18 sit ups
15 walking lunges
15 push ups
15 sit ups
12 walking lunges
12 push ups
12 sit ups
9 walking lunges
9 push ups
9 sit ups
6 walking lunges
6 push ups
6 sit ups

For those doing the 100 push ups per day challenge--this gets 81 of them in!

  1. 21,18,15,12,9,6 sets lunges,push ups and sit ups:17:13. Still struggling with push ups. Hopefully, when they get easier???, I can improve my time.

  2. I think push ups will always be the hardest part, Trish--but with all you are doing, they will certainly get a little easier.

    My CrossFit OKC workout today included 200 push ups, so...I have 2300 to go. Also did 6 Handstand push ups.

  4. I did half the Crossfit OKC workout that Laura did so I got 100 push ups in - first time to do a whole workout with real push ups! 1900 to go.

    Trish - I promise they get easier. I started one year ago this week with knee push ups and I just now got real ones. You will notice they get easier as you get stronger over time. Keep working on them - it's worth it!
