300 body weight squats for time (a.k.a. air squats)

  2. Wrong - that was my time last time - this time was 5:17 - I guess I got lazier - I was trying to just go without stopping so maybe at a slower pace to keep they rhythm - I don't know - will have to work on that.:)

    50 squats - included in that:) I would hope
