100 sit ups

100 squats
For time--can be divided up as you wish...just get them all done!
And Zumba!

Loved Zumba also
Not sure of time for 100x4 workout. Did 50/50 sit up/squats before class workout. Thanks for the Zumba, Laurie. The different moves and the hip action helped work out a little soreness. Happy Birthday, Trish!
