Workout for Saturday, May 30

50-40-30-20-10

Double Unders
Sit ups

You can sub 3x single jumps or jumping jacks for the double unders. Remember, this workout is to do 50 double unders, 50 sit ups, 40 double unders, 40 sit ups and so on. We did this workout on March 9, but just 30-20-10.

And/or:

Run or walk 5k (3.1 miles)

  1. OK - so I chose the Double Unders - and I pushed until I got them done - a lot of stopping and starting, but I did it - 15:30 later - it is done. Resting a bit then off for a 5K walk - was going to run, but think I'll pass on that in leu of a walk. Must wash oceans of sweat off my face, arms, legs - well shoot - might as well take a shower:)

  2. Did the 5K with family - walked maybe 1 mile and biked the rest.
