Workout for Wednesday, May 13

Turkish Get Up
5-3-3-1-1-1

We'll work our way to the heaviest we can do for one rep on each arm, resting about 2 minutes between each set.

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 tuck jumps
10 box jumps
15 walking lunges
20 mountain climbers (20 each leg)
25 squats
