Workout for Friday, May 29

MAX OUT!

You have 1 minute for each exercise. Do as many as you possibly can within that minute. Rest adequately before you go to the next exercise. Record how many you could do of each one.

Push Ups
Sit Ups
Squats

We did this last on April 24

    pu - 38 (6 on toes, rest knees)
    su - 38
    squats - 46
    2.5+ mile walk
    Worked in two yards yesterday pulling weeds, transplanting shrubs, and trimming plants for about 10 hrs. Does that count for a day of squats and shoulder work? :)

  2. Julie Bowers--you did those sit ups, push ups, squats, walked more than 2 and 1/2 miles AND worked in the yard for 10 hours? THAT is amazing!

    And yes, Julie--those are amazing numbers on your max out--I'm going to have to make things harder for you, you know!
