Workout for Friday, May 15

5 rounds for time:

50 jumping jacks
40 squats
30 sit ups
20 walking lunges
10 push ups

I think this was a tough one! We did it last on April 14.

  1. I realized today that I've been doing the challenge for April still and couldn't remember or find if you gave us a new one. Any thoughts? I realize May is almost through - but the swimsuit season is upon us:)

    My time was 18:47, you should see Julie do jumping jacks, she's a little robot and so fast!! :)
