Remember ladders? Do one burpee the first minute, two burpees the second minute, 3 the third and so on until you can't finish the required number of burpees within that minute. Your "score" is the round you have completed.

ReplyDelete1 mile logged - thanks - I love this kind of challenge and now that I can't walk to and from work since Greg's morning has changed, this WILL be a challenge - maybe I can get the kids to walk to and from school with me - that would get 2 mil in a day. We'll see - wishful thinking?! I'll keep you posted. They need it just as much as I want it!:)
