Effective workouts that require minimal time and equipment
I think my time for running with wall balls was 34 - maybe I squeezed a 33 in the last time.Couldn't remember my time for the 10 - 9 , etc. Think 7:27.Logged 3 miles - 2 walk - 1 bike
Maybe should put my weight so I know for next time - 10# ball and 15# weights - I improved by 30 secs.
Wall ball sprints - 40 sec., 39 sec., 41 sec. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Dumbbell Thrusters 10#, Squats, Wall Balls (mostly 8#). Time: 10:34 or 36Last time: 10:58 - 8# thrusters, 4,6, & 8# wall balls.
Medicine ball sprints: 41 sec, 42 sec, 42 sec?? Laura, you may have to correct me! :)10-9-8... Dumbbell Thrusters 8#, squats, wall balls (mostly 6# and 8#). Time ~ 7:36
