Workout for Saturday, November 21

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Dumbbell Push Presses (10-15 lbs. if possible)
Dumbbell Walking lunges (same dumbbells)
Dumbbell Squats (same dumbbells)

Let the dumbbells hang at your sides for the lunges, rest them on your shoulders for the squats.
We did this last on October 19.

  1. 3:30,but I'm traveling so no weights. Did push up instead and bodyweighlunges and squats.

  2. 7:03 w/10 lb. dumbbells -- PR (bettered time by nearly 1 min.) Hips and behind sore from running/squats and wednesday's workout. Going to pick up Ry for Thanksgiving so my workouts will be limited.
