Workout for Monday, November 23

Complete as much as you can IN ORDER in 10 minutes:

50 squats
50 sit ups
50 walking lunges (each leg--this is an addition to the last time we did this)
50 push ups
50 tuck jumps
50 burpees
50 goodmornings

If you get this far--I guess just quit! Record how far you get in the list. We did this last on Oct. 23.

  1. Maybe will do this tomorrow while at my sister's house. Today I ran 3 miles then did 3 rotations of 10 push ups and 10 sit ups.
