Workout for Tuesday, October 20

For Time:

100 sit ups
100 push ups
100 squats

Break these up however you want. Just get them all done!

We did this last on Sept. 14

  2. 1.5+ mile walk; workout: 9:58 PR (felt sore and sluggish during workout, but was pleasantly surprised that I improved my time from Sept. by approx. 1/2 min.) Still on my knees with push ups...hate to see my time with real push ups, but I still get a workout. I may have to try the 25 split next time as Julie logged.
