For Time:
100 sit ups
100 push ups
100 squats
Break these up however you want. Just get them all done!

Effective workouts that require minimal time and equipment
4:57 - much better to split them up in groups of 25!
ReplyDelete1.5+ mile walk; workout: 9:58 PR (felt sore and sluggish during workout, but was pleasantly surprised that I improved my time from Sept. by approx. 1/2 min.) Still on my knees with push ups...hate to see my time with real push ups, but I still get a workout. I may have to try the 25 split next time as Julie logged.
