Workout for Friday, October 30

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

8 burpees
12 dumbbell swings (10#, 15# or 20#)
16 walking lunges (8 each leg)

Count number of rounds and partial rounds completed.

Last time we did this was Sept. 18

  1. Well, I'm going to hope I got to at least 13 - I lost count around the 5-6 round - ugh - too much counting! I got through whatever round and then went to 10 dbswings.

  2. I lost count, too. 6.5 or 7.5 rounds. Also, did twice as many walking lunges -- 16 each leg. Burpees were very lacking in form and desire...abs and arms/shoulders still very sore! Did 15 lb. dumbbell swings.
