Workout for Monday, Sept. 7

Complete as much as you can IN ORDER in 10 minutes:

50 squats
50 sit ups
50 walking lunges
50 push ups
50 tuck jumps
50 burpees
50 goodmornings (addition from previous time)

If you get this far--I guess just quit! Record how far you get in the list. We did this last on August 4. If you are new, cut reps in half.

  1. Got through 9 burpees when timer went off (last time got through 5 burpees, so 4 burpees better this time!). After timer went off also did the 50 good mornings.
