Workout for Monday, Sept. 14

For Time:

100 sit ups
100 push ups
100 squats

Break these up however you want. Just get them all done!

  1. 10:30 pr (June 10 time was 14:19) Push ups still a challenge (still on knees). My arms/shoulders will feel it tomorrow.
