Today at church we did the following:
Snatch practice, PVC and 15# bar
21-15-9
Deadlift
Seated dumbbell shoulder press
Deadlift was either 75 or 78 lb, dumbbells were 10, 15, or 20#

Great workout and stretching! Feeling sore in my shoulders and upper back today, and a little in my backside...but I can move just fine! :)

1.5 mile walk, 50 situps
Just a tad sore in my hamstrings today, but not too bad (probably means I need more weight next time, huh?). But, my sides are really sore?? What is that from?
