Workout for Wednesday, August 26

Today at church we did the following:

Snatch practice, PVC and 15# bar


Seated dumbbell shoulder press

Deadlift was either 75 or 78 lb, dumbbells were 10, 15, or 20#

Great job tonight!


  1. Great workout and stretching! Feeling sore in my shoulders and upper back today, and a little in my backside...but I can move just fine! :)
    21-15-9 Deadlift w/78lb./10 lb. dumbbell seated shoulder press 3:30 (or close to that, couldn't remember exact time)
    1.5 mile walk, 50 situps

  2. Just a tad sore in my hamstrings today, but not too bad (probably means I need more weight next time, huh?). But, my sides are really sore?? What is that from?
    21-15-9 DL w/75lb. and SSP w/15lb. dumbbells ~ 3:21
