Workout for Friday, August 21

For Time:

21-15-9

Dumbbell thrusters
Burpees

Try to use at least 10 lb. dumbbells in each hand. Check out videos for thrusters and burpees.

Rest 5 minutes, then:

Front planks--5 x 1 minute (rest about 1 minute in between)

    15 squats
    for 10 minutes Julie got 18 rounds
    Greg got 6
    100 sit ups for Julie in 1:56
    100 sit ups for Greg in 3:58
