Workout For Monday, August 31

Push ups

2 times of:
1 minute of maximum number of push ups
1 minute rest

2 times of:
45 sec. max push ups
1 min. rest

2 times of:
30 sec. max push ups
1 min rest

Additionally, do 100 squats, not necessarily for time.

Post total push up reps to comments.
