Workout for Tuesday, August 4

Complete as much as you can IN ORDER in 10 minutes:

50 squats
50 sit ups
50 walking lunges
50 push ups
50 tuck jumps
50 burpees

If you get this far--I guess just quit! Record how far you get in the list.


  1. Completed list in 10 minutes - maybe with a minute to spare. I was on 30 burpees when there was 2 minutes left.

  2. Made it to 42 tuck jumps in 10 min. Finished tuck jumps and was wiped. Did workout after 1.5 mile walk at Hafer.

  3. Made it through first 5 burpees and timer went off!
