Effective workouts that require minimal time and equipment
Completed list in 10 minutes - maybe with a minute to spare. I was on 30 burpees when there was 2 minutes left.
Made it to 42 tuck jumps in 10 min. Finished tuck jumps and was wiped. Did workout after 1.5 mile walk at Hafer.
Made it through first 5 burpees and timer went off!
