Workout for Wednesday, February 25

For our class, we'll do a team medicine ball clean workout.

If you are on your own...

Tabata Squats

Remember Tabata? That is 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for 8 intervals. Count your squats for each interval. Your score is the LOWEST number of squats in any of the 8 intervals.

  3. The push up challenge is to do 3000 push ups in 30 days. I did it last summer with knee push ups and it helped so much and so fast to get my push ups. Now, I'm moving to the next level of toe push ups and I did already start - because I am so ready to be able to do real push ups! It averages out to 100/day, and if you get behind it can get very overwhelming. Right now I can only do 5 at a time without stopping, so I do 5 and rest then do 5 more. I count by tens and do other things between! The challenge will start MARCH 1st!! GET READY!
