Workout for Saturday, February 21

4 rounds for time:

25 push ups
25 sit ups
25 squats
25 walking lunges
25 good mornings

Do the hardest level of push ups that you can for as long as you can before switching (from toes, knees, countertop or wall.)

  2. 22:02 - 1 round of toe push ups, the rest on knees. OH MY GOSH! I'm glad it's over.

  3. Okay . . . I don't recommend excercising at home alone unless your dog has done the CPR classes at church . . . which Emma has not!!!! And I would recomment cutting mexican food out of your diet, entirely!!! That said my time was 30:30 - 2 rounds of knee push ups and 2 rounds of wall push ups.

  5. It was a great workout! Very challenging, but I felt like I accomplished something. I'm thinking of starting the push-up challenge before March - it's amazing how fast your upper body strength is weakened when it's not challenged. That was the weak (well, the weakEST) link in this workout for me.
