Workout for Monday, February 23

4x400m sprint
Rest as needed between sprints

Tabata sit ups

We'll run around the church block, which is close to 400m.

    Also started the push up challenge today (3000 push ups over 30 days). Really could only do 5 without stopping to rest, so it took me awhile to do 100.

    Great job today, ladies!
