Effective workouts that require minimal time and equipment
4 X 400M Run - 2:21, 2:21, 2:16, 2:17Also started the push up challenge today (3000 push ups over 30 days). Really could only do 5 without stopping to rest, so it took me awhile to do 100.Great job today, ladies!
