Workout for Thursday, April 15

Tax Man Cometh...


20 sit ups per minute for 10 minutes (200 total sit ups)

For those who get the irritated tailbone from sit ups, do 5 minutes sit ups, then choose something else for the remaining 5 minutes--such as:

10 push ups per minute
30 squats per minute
15 ab rollers per minute
20 V-ups per minute

    I did 62 sit-ups in 5 minutes and did 10 push aways for the other 5 minutes.
