Workout for Monday, July 6

MAX OUT!

You have 1 minute for each exercise.

Do as many as you possibly can within that minute. Rest adequately before you go to the next exercise. Record how many you could do of each one.

Push Ups
Squats

Rest 5 minutes, then:

For time:

100 jumping jacks
10 sit ups
80 jumping jacks
20 sit ups
60 jumping jacks
30 sit ups
40 jumping jacks
40 sit ups
20 jumping jacks
50 sit ups

Use an Abmat or pillow for lower back support on the sit ups. Have someone hold your feet and get after it!

  1. 3.5 mile walk (pushing a stroller) and 1 hour of Zumba ~ fun but hard!!!
    Enjoying my vacation and will be doing some of these workouts and some of my own at the resort!

  2. So far today; 2 mile walk (had to go shorter with all 3 kids with us) and 1 hour playing tennis with my husband! Fun to have some different things to do!

    43 squats (stop watch didn't start so had to restart after already doing 21 -- total 64 squats)
