Workout for Wednesday, July 22

When we met at the church today, we did:

Deadlift--1 rep at increasing weight. Everyone got to 163, 174 was highest weight we had available--great job everyone!!!

Overhead Squat--Learned the movement, worked with 15, 25, and 35 pounds

Workout:

50 Box Jumps (Jumped to 14" step)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders (or 150 singles)

    It is Bethany Kilman I was wondering from your diet posts what you do for your morning protein shake. Do you recommend one protein powder over another. Maybe just write it on Hans blog. Bethany

  2. It was a hard workout for my first week back after vacation! But, I needed it!! And, I personally count the "run" we did for warm-up as part of the work out since I'm such a terrible runner! :)

    Deadlifts up to 163 lbs.
    Overhead squats up to 35 lbs.
    Workout (with step-ups, burpees and 150 single unders) ~ 9:37

  3. Deadlifts to 163 lbs., I think.
    Overhead squats - bar 25 lbs.?
    Workout: 1/4 mile run (I'm with Molly, it definitely counted); 50 step-ups; 50 burpees (cheating); and 150 single unders - 8 something.
    A little sore today in shoulders, traps, lower back, legs; however, it's not bad and feel like I worked new muscles.

    I'm so helpful in knowing and remembering:)
    I wasn't sore - so that was good.
