Workout for Wednesday, July 15

(Happy Birthday, Dad!)

Today when we met at church:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Dumbbell swings
Plyo Squats
Sit ups

Deadlift practice, to 144# (Great job girls, by the way!)
Continuing work on learning the clean, with barbell (45#)
