Workout for Monday, July 20

Planks!

Try to hold each of the following planks for 2 minutes:

Front plank
Right plank
Left plank

Rest a few minutes, then:

Tabata Push Ups

    Right plank: :47
    Tried Tabata Push ups...arms wiped from 100 push ups on Sat. and cutting/raking tree limbs this past weekend. Will try again later.
