Workout for Tuesday, July 28

Sit Ups

2 times of:
1 minute of maximum number of sit ups
1 minute rest

2 times of:
45 sec. max sit ups
1 min. rest

2 times of:
30 sec. max sit ups
1 min rest

Additionally, do 50 walking lunges and 50 good mornings, not necessarily for time.

  1. I reversed the exercises - figuring it would be easier to do push ups and squats while on the road tomorrow.

  2. I am bad. If I don't do the workout first thing in the morning, I have trouble getting it in (see yesterday's late comment). Been busy today. Arms, chest, shoulders sore. Push ups really get me! I could go in a do the workout right now at nearly 7 p.m., but don't have the energy and still have laundry and dinner to do. Maybe later tonight or tomorrow morning.
