Workout for Monday, July 27

Push ups

2 times of:
1 minute of maximum number of push ups
1 minute rest

2 times of:
45 sec. max push ups
1 min. rest

2 times of:
30 sec. max push ups
1 min rest

Additionally, do 100 squats, not necessarily for time.

  1. My arms are so sore after the workout at the gym, but did push ups today the best I could

  2. It's Tues. and I haven't done today's workout...been building a fence, trimming trees (again) and putting out stump killer. It's 7 p.m. and not sure I will get to Tues. until Wed. I posted total number of push ups for Mon. Here's the break down: 36, 25, 20, 20, 16, and 19. My arms, shoulders, and chest are feeling it today (Tues.)!
