Effective workouts that require minimal time and equipment
1.5 mile walk; 50 burpees - 4:00

Tues.: 1.5 mile walk; tabata situps - 11; 50 squats; 25 push ups.
tuesday workout - I had a lazy day and continued it into the evening by watching TV, but I did commercial workouts. I figured 2 minutes each of these workouts: situps, pushups and squats.
Wednesday workout: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of dumbbell swings, plyosquats and sit ups - 5:07lifting practice continued
