  1. hey laura - do you know how many laps in the pool is a mile? Just curious - thought I might change it up today?

  2. OK - 12:45 for workout - will head for the run/walk in a few. Totally blew the diet yesterday - went to Meers and had the "Best Burger in Oklahoma" bun and all, plus some fried stuff and a soda. I said I blew it didn't I! Hard to pull my butt up for those double unders today, but it was a good shock to the system all the way around.

  3. So I went on the 5K with a mile walk to and from. I about died. I guess it is a good workout when you feel the need to throw up. It is too hot out there. Not enough protein in me beforehand - I don't know, but I was seeing double part of the time. I'm going better prepared next time, not in the heat and not after that crazy workout! Going for that dip in the pool now. By the way - what do you know about Liver detox?

  4. workout w/3x jumping jacks: 14:00; 3.5 mile walk with 75 walking lunges...Julie, I saw you running to Hafer as I was leaving about 10:20 and it was hot then! I had a hard time with the heat, too. I've been inside cleaning and staining the concrete floor yesterday and today so my arms have been getting a mopping and scraping workout along with many squats. Not fun, but I'm hoping the floor will soon look great!
