Workout for Saturday, July 25

20 sit ups each minute for 5 minutes


Tuck jump ladder (do one tuck jump the first minute, 2 the second, and so on until you cannot complete all the tuck jumps required for that minute. Your score is the highest minute completed.)


  1. I quit!! OK, so I was feeling pretty good - like this could go on all day and I would be OK with that - I thought I was Thumper! Then I got to the 30's - well I made a goal to get to 40 and about died, but made it through 41 with a little time left, but just couldn't pull it up for a full round of 42. I'm going back to bed!
    Great workout though:)

  2. Playing catch up again. Sit up work out completed. Got to only 15 on tuck jumps and was pretty wiped out. I quit, still had plenty of time left. Did this workout following Monday's workout.
