Workout for Thursday, May 6

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 push ups
20 squats
30 good mornings

We did this last on April 6

  1. I think I was in round 9 at the 15 mark of good mornings, but there was a lot of counting and watching of time going on.

  2. Completed 7 full rounds and got through 9 squats of round 8.
