Effective workouts that require minimal time and equipment
Pistols ~ 3x5 on each leg (found out I'm not very good at these!)Did "alternative" workout from yesterday ~ 3 rounds ~ 9:50 (did not have dumbbells so did bodyweight thrusters and lunges)
I also did workout from yesterday - 8:30 with 15# weightspistols 3X5
