Workout for Tuesday, May 11

The Pistol (One-Legged Squats)

Do 3 sets of 5 for each leg

  1. Pistols ~ 3x5 on each leg (found out I'm not very good at these!)
    Did "alternative" workout from yesterday ~ 3 rounds ~ 9:50
    (did not have dumbbells so did bodyweight thrusters and lunges)
