DB Thrusters (pretty heavy)
Push Ups
then...

Rest a few minutes
Tabata V-ups

    20# dumbbells on thrusters.

    Tabata - 80 total v-ups

    Tabata v-ups lost count...poor form...but I'm back into the workout.
