Workout for Wednesday, May 5

Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Push up Ladder
Do one push up the first minute, 2 the second minute, 3 the third, and so on until you cannot complete the number of push ups for that minute.

  1. Did ALL toe push-ups! :)
    Completed round 13, got 9 done in round 14.
    1/4 mile run (around the church block).
    Ran a little over a mile when I got home as well. Wanted to do the exact same route as I did for the 1st time one month ago today on April 5. Took 2 minutes, to the second, off of my time in one month!!
