Workout for Thursday, December 31

9 rounds for time:

10 sit ups
10 squats
10 burpees

(My way of ringing in the new year, I guess!)

    Been out of our routine since the holidays; however, have walked and spent 5 hrs. shoveling snow and ice-packed driveway...I need to move to a house with a smaller driveway or a least one that gets plenty of afternoon sun! Hope everyone had a great Christmas...Happy New Year!
