  1. 10 mile run today - it was GREAT! Hardly any pain - shin splints in the first 3 miles even after doing Yoga and a 12 minute Biggest Loser warm up PLUS the running exercise/warm up. Wondered if it was because I wore a brace for my knee for the first time today and put pressure or constricted other areas? Also - wondered if my knee and back pain (on the same side) was from the fact I usually run up Blvd and it is slightly sloped up to the right (side that hurts). Anyways, by the time I got to Covell I was feeling good and ran like I could run for days! Yeah - for no pain!
