Workout for Thursday, February 25

Tabata V-ups, Ab-roller, Supermans, or sit ups.

Choose 2. Do 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest of one of these for 4 minutes.
Rest 1 minute, then do the same for another one. 8 minutes total!


  1. 3 mile run
    supermans and ab roller

    My back is hurting - lower - could that be from the db burpees - or is it another casualty from running?

  2. Hurting or sore? You probably need to ice it for 15 minutes at a time, a few times today.

    As for cause--you do a LOT of exercise, Julie! Not sure I can pinpoint it. I personally have some lower back discomfort when I log a lot of miles running, so I guess it could be that. The overhead squats we did on Wednesday were something new for you--that may have been the problem. I would ice and REST today--I know that will kill you to do--but you probably need a break.
