Planks!

Try to hold each of the following planks for 2 minutes:

Front plank
Right plank
Left plank

  2. Planks done on Fri. a.m. more than 2 min. front; sides less. Sore from Wed. (thought all that snow/ice shoveling would keep me in shape!)--it's really Laura's workouts no matter what they are or how long they take to finish!
