Workout for Friday, February 5

20 sit ups each minute for 10 minutes

Starting at the top of the minute, do 20 sit ups, rest until the top of the next minute. Then do 20 more sit ups. Do this for a total of 10 minutes, 200 sit ups.

We did this last on January 15
