Workout for Wednesday, June 24

Our workout at church:

Farmer's walk: Carry two dumbbells (just hanging by sides) approx. 400 meters. Do 10 thrusters 3 different times.

Push up practice--practice FROM THE TOES push up form and do as many as possible in a row.
Deadlift and push press practice with PVC

20 sit ups per minute for 5 minutes
