Workout for Monday, June 15

5 rounds for time:

50 jumping jacks
40 squats
30 sit ups
20 walking lunges
10 push ups

This is a tough one! We did it last on May 15.

  1. Ran 1 mile then did workout - between that and doing the JJ with clapping overhead - I think I jinxed my time, but who cares - the workout itself was great. Time 12:09 - lower than last at 11:33.
