Deck of Cards
Hearts--squats
Spades-push ups
Diamonds--sit ups
Clubs--walking lunge
Jokers--burpees
Values are as follows:
Numbered cards=their number
Face cards=10
Aces=11
Jokers=20
Shuffle the cards, start working through the deck and the exercises until completed!

That was so fun! I may do that more times this week instead of the scheduled workout dut to our camping environment. My time was 15 minutes-roughly.

ReplyDeleteDidn't time workout, but completed it. Total time for walk and workout was about 55 min. I broke a great sweat in the hot, humid enviroment this morning!
Oops! Didn't check my comment before it posted. It was environment. It is late and it has been a long, hot day!
ReplyDeleteDid this one for time. We did in about 16 minutes, but I have to admit we started substituting Good Mornings for Walking Lunges about half way through.
