Run 400m (or 1 minute away from home, 1 minute back)
21 dumbbell thrusters
12 push ups

    ran 3 minutes the first time - didn't know exactly how far it was around the block and no watch
    think I got back on track with an adjustment for the other 2 runs - but not entirely sure:(
